• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and detection systems, preferably under a reputed fire safety consulting firm or supplier.

• Proven capability to independently manage all design and documentation tasks related to RSC audits, without requiring assistance from external consultants or suppliers.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and update Fire Protection and Detection System designs, drawings, and documentation in accordance with NFPA, BNBC, RSC guidelines.

• Develop proposed drawings, BOQ, and as-built drawings for fire detection and fire protection systems as per NFPA & RSC standards.

• Proficient in programming and commissioning of fire detection systems, battery backup and voltage drop calculations, and hydraulic calculations using relevant software.

• Ensure all design documents are audit-ready for Pre-T&C and T&C inspections by RSC.

• Demonstrate sound knowledge and hands-on experience in facing RSC audits and Social Compliance audits for FADS & FPS.

• Coordinate and follow up with the FADS team on new installations and maintenance work.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management as and when required.
