Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and detection systems, preferably under a reputed fire safety consulting firm or supplier.
Proven capability to independently manage all design and documentation tasks related to RSC audits, without requiring assistance from external consultants or suppliers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prepare and update Fire Protection and Detection System designs, drawings, and documentation in accordance with NFPA, BNBC, RSC guidelines.
Develop proposed drawings, BOQ, and as-built drawings for fire detection and fire protection systems as per NFPA & RSC standards.
Proficient in programming and commissioning of fire detection systems, battery backup and voltage drop calculations, and hydraulic calculations using relevant software.
Ensure all design documents are audit-ready for Pre-T&C and T&C inspections by RSC.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and hands-on experience in facing RSC audits and Social Compliance audits for FADS & FPS.
Coordinate and follow up with the FADS team on new installations and maintenance work.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as and when required.
