Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed institution.
∎ Bachelor degree in HRM will get a preference.
∎ Any other certifications / qualification in the related field will be considered as an added value.
Job Context:
∎ A concern of SHV Energy N.V.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere among 3 Factories (Rupganj, Tangail and Mongla)
∎ Reports To: AGM - HR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive recruitment, selection and retention of Factory staffs as per the headcount budget
∎ Manage employee relation issues at the factory
∎ Manage Industrial relation in the most cost competitive way
∎ Maintain liaison with the Local Govt agencies
∎ Labour office and licensing authorities
∎ Ensure compliance as per BD Labour Law
∎ Administer records and reports concerning personnel related data of factory staffs
∎ Arrange or conduct training programs for factory staffs
∎ Lead employee engagement program at factory
∎ Enforce policies, procedures & SOPs at factory
∎ Track & renew all licenses required for factory
∎ Negotiate, implement and maintain the liaison with the third party contractor
∎ Lead all the plant HR activities related to New Project Development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough knowledge of Management, HR Management, Industrial & Labour Law
∎ Familiarity with industry standard HR practices
∎ Ability to manage the crisis
∎ Proficiency in MS office tools, specially in Excel
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Strong learning and performing mentality
∎ Self-Motivated and adaptive to culture
