Job Responsibilities:
∎ Company Secretariat related all jobs.
∎ Liaison with the Management in making all policy decisions for the company.
∎ Should be well versed with all functions of a company secretary (preparation of minutes for Board and General Meetings, regulatory filings, company law, SEC & Bangladesh Bank guidelines and other corporate statutory compliance, liaison with various regulatory authorities & Financial Institutions, practical compliance issues handling, shareholders relation etc).
∎ The ability to multi-task and cope politely with interruptions is also important.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ACA/ACMA/ACS will be given preference.
