Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of quality products.
∎ Check and test the quality of raw materials according to set standards of the factory.
∎ Test all kinds of clarifier sample and evaporator sample at the lab and generate report on the findings and hand it over to Process Engineer subsequently for further course of action.
∎ Check chemical dosing point at several points from time to time through random sampling record book.
∎ Track and maintain daily chemical consumption report in information note book
∎ Detect iodine level and all kinds of incoming chemicals in finished salt.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation of quality check.
∎ Prepare various reagents in laboratory and maintain test report in various log sheets.
∎ Inspect packaging area and check finished product on regular basis.
∎ Check all chemical dosing pump after the plant shuts down.
