Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cement Industry Lab

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemical analysis of all incoming raw materials and finished products.
∎ Maintain test produce records as per BDS EN 197-1-2003, ASTM & IS standards.
∎ Perform all physical tests.
∎ Perform the in-house calibration.
∎ Maintain the quality management system (QMS) of ISO 9001:2008 & 14001
∎ Ensure proper documentation on Export activities, ISO, BSTI & BIS.
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Supervise & guide the Technicians & Lab helper for doing the job successfully.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Line manager or Departmental head.
∎ Perform Water test, Density of incoming Diesel, incoming coal & Sack quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Cement Industries will be given preference.
∎ Expert in XRF operation, PSD, Calibration etc.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on physical & chemical testing activities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Mus be a computer literate.
