·         Identify and develop target markets including Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies, Government utility service providers, Large Local and Multinational Corporates, Capital Market entities (Securities Companies, IPOs, Dividend businesses), Insurance, NGOs, Education, Healthcare, Fuel & Power, Food, and Telecommunication sectors to align customized collection and payment solutions, enrich the deposit portfolio, pursue growth opportunities, increase wallet share of existing clients, and maintain a low cost of funds.

·         Achieve budgeted targets and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities through mobilization of CASA, SND, Special Transactional Accounts, FDRs, and other liability products.

·         Negotiate with customers to build a strong and sustainable deposit base and enhance portfolio profitability by generating fee-based income through collection and payment solutions, Capital Market services, IPO-related activities (Banker to the Issue / Lead Banker to the Issue), dividend distribution, and related services.

·         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

·         Establish trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance insights and multi-product liability solutions to support clients in managing their funding and transactional needs.

·         Advise clients on market transactions including deposit structures, collection and payment solutions, and other relevant banking services.

·         Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external guidelines.

·         Drive process development and operational efficiency to enhance service quality and turnaround time.

·         Actively cross-sell all relevant products and services of Bank Asia PLC to corporate clients.

·         Acquire in-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking products and solutions and contribute to the development of customized offerings for corporate clients.

·         Lead the development and promotion of digital cash management platforms for corporate clients.

·         Sell, onboard, and manage corporate clients on Bank Asia PLC’s Corporate Internet Banking Platform.

Provide ongoing support, service, and active involvement in enhancing features and functionality of the Corporate Internet Banking Platform to improve client experience.
