Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of sales target by establishing effective supervision, co-ordination among relevant departments and exploring new opportunities
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of company's asset e.g. market equipment's
∎ Ensure continuous supervision to maintain cold chain for the products
∎ Establish and formulate SKU wise product movement, effective route coverage plan and proper merchandising of products
∎ Collect and analyze market reports to develop and maintain strong market position

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years relevant experiences, Preferable in Ice-cream / Frozen Food / Dairy
∎ Must have valid driving license to drive motorcycle
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office
