∎ Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and accountable for achieving targets/collections in the aforementioned area.
∎ Ensure primary and secondary sales by implementing proper planning and report to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Monitor and supervise all sales representatives within the assigned area.
∎ Prepare a daily secondary sales report using an excel format and submit it to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Prepare a monthly competitor analysis report and submit it to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Maintain the stock of dealers periodically.
∎ Source new sales representatives when there are vacant positions.
∎ Encourage subordinates to perform their best.
∎ Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 7 years of relevant experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ The candidate must possess relevant work experience in the corresponding job locations.
∎ The incumbent should have basic Excel Skills
∎ Team Player
