Job Context:
∎ As a Regional Sales Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within a specific region. Your primary goal would be to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulations.
∎ You would work closely with a team of sales representatives, providing leadership and mentorship to help them meet their individual performance targets. You would also collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ To succeed in this role, you would need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within your region. You would also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you would be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
∎ As a Regional Sales Manager, you would be required to travel within your region to meet with customers and sales representatives, attend industry events, and conduct market research. This position may also require occasional travel to other regions or to the company`s headquarters for meetings or training.

Job Responsibilities:
