Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduation from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to increase Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Excellent team player
∎ Experienced candidates from any reputed FMCG industry are especially encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
