Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing sales force to achieve the respective primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Daily field visit with the sales force and ensure they know exactly what's their job and train up them if needed.
∎ Look for new dealer who is financially strong and capable to distribute company products in the respective area.
∎ Collecting the information & analysis on competitor activity & strategies to ensure the strength of the own product.
∎ Preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly & annual reports on primary & secondary Sales, products stock, returned, damaged and expiry products to line manager.
∎ Recruiting best fit & capable Sales Officer / Manager as per company policy.
∎ Always update the proper information to sales admin as per company demand.
∎ Must have the proper knowledge about the area for effective sales plan and have a good communication skill.
∎ Developing and executing innovative sales plans to establish a new brand to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability of the company's products.
∎ Initiate and conduct training for team members to improve their skills
