Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Target Achievement:
∎ Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
∎ Monitor sales performance regularly and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and telecom operators.
∎ Conduct regular customer visits, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of sales.
∎ Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and monitor team performance.
∎ Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
∎ Market Development:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and target customers.

∎ Territory Management:
∎ Effectively manage and optimize sales territories.
