Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
∎ Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
∎ Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
∎ Gather market information to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Manage and track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports.
∎ Represent the company professionally and effectively at all times.
∎ Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service.

The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
