Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets provided by the sales team for bakery and other no forzen Brands/SKU
∎ Increase the Numeric Distribution and Weighted distribution in assigned geography to expedite sales
∎ Ensure 100% Availability of products in market through on time delivery & also taking care of product merchandising in market
∎ Visit channels on call and on routine basis to develop trade relations with retailers and receive complaints if any, then take Corrective Action Plan according to the complaints
∎ Develop RTM (Route-To-Market) to effectively increase coverage of products
∎ Appoint New Distributor to Help Expanding Market Size and assure wide Coverage under specified
∎ Monitor Market Intelligence to take out new innovative idea to develop business in assigned territory

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in Sales preferably in FMCG/ Food Sector
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
∎ Candidate should have a valid Motorbike Driving License

∎ Emolument: Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
