Experience:
Ensure achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets and report the results to the immediate supervisor, following a well-defined plan.
Supervise and monitor all Sales Representatives (SRs) operating within your designated area.
Prepare daily secondary sales reports using Excel format and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
Prepare sales reports that detail SR and SKU-wise performance and send them to the head office`s Management Information System (MIS).
Identify and cultivate untapped markets by establishing relationships with new dealers.
Prepare competitor analysis reports on a monthly basis and forward them to the immediate supervisor.
Regularly monitor and maintain the stock levels of dealers.
Actively source new SRs whenever there are open positions.
Motivate subordinates to perform at their best.
Undertake any other sales-related tasks assigned by the management.
