Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target daily, weekly and monthly basis (product and value wise).
∎ Ensure distribution house and sales officer availability as per set up plan.
∎ Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
∎ Continuously motivate the distribution point and SO for their development and retention.
∎ Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.
∎ Market visit, Audit and evaluate to develop team and overall market.
∎ Ensure product availability to all outlets of area through SO.
∎ Ensure on job training of new and weak SO, so that it helps to achieve target.
∎ Work for market development so that it ensures distribution house profitability.
∎ Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
∎ Collect and provide sales report as per requirement and guidance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
