Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute aggressive, result-driven sales plans for the assigned territory in alignment with the division’s overall strategic objectives.
∎ Continuously monitor sales performance against targets, ensuring each team member contributes effectively to achieving territory goals.
∎ Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
∎ Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored product solutions.
∎ Assist in the effective rollout of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives outlined in regional and national strategies.
∎ Engage actively in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on product innovations, market trends, and best sales practices.
∎ Foster a customer-centric approach by building professional and trustworthy relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
∎ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s electrical and electronic product portfolio to ensure accurate, timely, and effective client communication.
∎ Track competitor activity and market developments, providing strategic insights and feedback to senior management to support informed decision-making.
