∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain Area Sales Target by ensuring proper distribution of products in all Master Agents/Distributors & outlet points
∎ Visiting coverage area to ensure all necessary support to outlets and also visit the new area to source new agent points
∎ Primary selection of agent/outlet of a particular area and arrange initial interview with Regional Head for final selection
∎ Lead the Area Team by setting right direction, focus & priorities to drive & achieve business goals
∎ Lead and motivate all channel partners and their Field Force to strongly promote City Bank Agent Banking products & induce push sales & ensure smooth operation of agent banking
∎ Manage regular and on demand (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and/or Ad-hoc) reports according to business requirements
