∎ At least 10 to 15 years of practical experience in quality control, sourcing, and team operations.
∎ The candidate should be able to identify the right factories to establish long-term strategic relationships.
∎ A strong command of verbal and written English is essential.
∎ The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the garment production cycle and processes, including knitting/weaving, dyeing and finishing, sewing, printing, and washing.
∎ The role requires leadership skills to manage the office operations effectively.
