Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree with at least 5 years working experience in Micro Credit Program as Area Manager/ Branch Manger in any reputed NGO. For highly experienced candidates educational qualification will be considered up to Bachelor Degree.
∎ Skills Required: Administrative

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead approximately 40-50 staff of Micro Credit team as area team leader.
∎ Prepare annual programmatic and financial plan of the program.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and work accordingly.
∎ Regular monitor and follow -up for proper implementation of group development, credit disbursement and recovery as per plan.
∎ Assist Branch Managers and field staff in their day to day work.
∎ Initiate staff development of the program.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports of assigner area as per prescribed formats.
∎ Assist Coordinator for expansion of the program.
∎ Facilitate PKSF, MRA and other visitors in visiting program.
∎ Coordinate with PKSF, MRA and other stake holders.
∎ Do other jobs assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Results motivated, self-driven and able to work under stress.
∎ Ability to work without supervision.
∎ Ability to problem solve
∎ Strong team player
∎ Ability to work in challenging environments.
∎ Skilled in using software of Micro Credit and computer program (MS Office)
∎ Good computer typing skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving licence

Salary:
∎ Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly two festival Bonus, Baishakhi Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earn Leave (Cash able), Hire purchase Motorbike and other benefits as per provision of the program.
