Education:
Diploma / B.Sc in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Professional training in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5, etc., will be an added advantage.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolio may apply).
Experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Revit, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, architectural detailing, and MEP layouts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English-speaking and overall communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with clients and present design concepts clearly.

Architectural Design & Drafting:

• Prepare architectural concept plans, elevations, and sections as per design briefs.

• Develop working drawings including structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts.

• Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

3D Modeling & Visualization:

• Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from 2D drawings.

• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders with proper materials and lighting.

• Prepare animations and walkthrough videos for client presentations.

• Optimize scenes for smooth and efficient rendering.

• Manage render passes and perform basic post-production in Photoshop or similar tools.
