Arcnext Studio is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Permit Drawing Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong knowledge of international city permit drawing standards and can prepare accurate, professional, and permit-ready construction documents, we would love to hear from you.

🏗️ Responsibilities

✅ Prepare complete architectural permit drawing sets

✅ Create detailed construction and architectural drawings

✅ Develop structural drawings and construction details

✅ Prepare MEP drawings, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts

✅ Design HVAC layouts and ducting plans

✅ Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

✅ Revise drawings based on city comments and permit review requirements

✅ Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, code-compliant, and ready for submission

🎯 Requirements

✔️ Strong experience with city permit drawings

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus

✔️ Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction

✔️ Knowledge of building codes, structural detailing, and MEP coordination

✔️ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and communicate professionally
