- Strong portfolio of completed projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK approvals, and construction regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Position Overview
The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and development of projects under Topstar Technology & Innovation Ltd. The role requires expertise in architectural design, project execution, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design solutions, leadership, and technical knowledge to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Topstar Technology & Innovation Ltd, Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time (Saturday – Thursday)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure designs reflect both functional needs and aesthetic values, with a focus on sustainability.
Project Execution & Coordination:
- Supervise project implementation from design to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure designs comply with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Present designs and concepts to management and clients for approval.
- Incorporate feedback and modifications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance) for smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare project proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Maintain all project-related documentation for future reference and compliance.
