Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution

  • Assist in preparing structural and construction plans in coordination with Head of operations.

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervision of contractors, workers, and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely execution of civil works as per approved designs, BOQs, and specifications.

• Quality Control & Compliance

  • Monitor construction quality to meet company and regulatory standards.

  • Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, and other relevant codes/regulations.

  • Implement safety measures and maintain health & safety standards at project sites.

• Project Coordination

  • Liaise with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.

  • Support procurement team in verifying construction materials and approving samples.

  • Maintain communication with management regarding project progress, delays, and risks.

• Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

  • Track project timelines, costs, and resource utilization.

  • Report and resolve technical issues during construction.
