Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven, competitive, and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end sales and marketing operations. This role requires a performance-oriented professional capable of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, executing powerful marketing strategies, and positioning the company as a strong brand in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance

  • Set KPIs, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure target achievement

  • Drive booking conversions and revenue generation across all projects

  • Handle corporate, investor, and high-net-worth client segments

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, events, PR)

  • Lead brand positioning, project launches, and promotional campaigns

  • Oversee digital marketing: social media, paid ads, SEO, lead funnels, and automation

  • Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, campaigns, and branding assets

  • Manage media buying, event planning, and public relations

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities

  • Develop relationships with brokers, agents, landowners, and corporate clients

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting

  • Explore new project positioning and pricing strategies

  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies

  • Manage client engagement from inquiry to booking and handover

  • Oversee negotiation, documentation, and deal closures

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and marketing ROI reports

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and lead conversion rates

  • Present strategy and performance insights to senior leadership
