Responsibilities & Context:
Promote company services to potential clients through online and offline marketing.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Visit markets/business areas to find potential import clients.
Explain company services such as Import, Sourcing, Air & Sea Shipping to customers.
Follow up with clients regularly regarding shipments and service updates.
Handle wechat inbox/messages and customer inquiries.
Achieve monthly sales/marketing targets.
