Responsibilities & Context:
বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে শক্তিশালী সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
শিপমেন্ট আপডেট এবং সার্ভিস সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ করা।
ফোন কল, Facebook, WhatsApp, Wechat এবং Email এর মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারদের বিভিন্ন জিজ্ঞাসার উত্তর দেওয়া।
কাস্টমারদের অভিযোগ দ্রুত সমাধান করা এবং যথাযথ সমাধান প্রদান করা।
শিপমেন্ট ডেলিভারির পর ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে ফলোআপ করা।
উন্নত কাস্টমার সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করার জন্য Marketing এবং Management টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
সম্ভাব্য এবং বিদ্যমান কাস্টমারদের সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা।
কাস্টমারদের যোগাযোগ এবং লেনদেন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা।
নতুন সার্ভিস, অফার এবং শিপমেন্ট শিডিউল সম্পর্কে ক্লায়েন্টদের জানানো।
কাস্টমার ধরে রাখার জন্য উচ্চমানের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট নিশ্চিত করা।
