Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are the leading fire extinguishers manufacturer looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Executives. The primary responsibility will be to market and sell fire extinguishers, fire detection systems, and other safety equipment to B2B clients, factories, commercial buildings, and residential complexes.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for fire extinguishers and related safety equipment through market research and networking.
Physically visit prospective clients (garment factories, corporate offices, hospitals, real estate developers) to present, promote, and sell fire safety products.
Perform product demonstrations to clients, explaining the benefits and compliance standards (e.g., BNBC, NFPA).
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, submit quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
Maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide excellent after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team for product refilling or servicing requests.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities reports to the management.
