Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensures its strong presence in business for firefighting and safety equipment for all kinds of projects.
Develop and implement short/long-term strategic marketing plans, and sales plans.
Forecast to achieve the company`s sales target and objectives for both products & services.
Foreign Principal Communication, Build strong relations, Prepare agreements and sourcing opportunities.
Coordinate, and prepare documents concerning Govt. tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications; Regular KOL visits and set up meetings with potential Clients.
Conduct market research to identify target customers and evaluate customer needs.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Responsible for sales team building, and sales target achievement through the team`s monitoring and set performance goals accordingly.
Builds and Maintains a department structure, and operating standard and ensures the right people are at the right place and adaptable to evolving business needs.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Industrial Equipment market.
Market assessments, sales trends analysis, and product and sales movements to ensure the development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
You are required to submit reports to the MD/CEO and discuss any business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal. Make reports on sales, forecasts, product base market position, new product introduction, and how to increase the market in a position.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
