Sales Planning: Collaborating with the sales team and other stakeholders to create comprehensive sales plan that aligns with company’s goals & objectives.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Conducting sales forecasting & budgeting exercises to estimate future sales volume & revenue. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market research and input from the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring & analyzing sales performance metrics to access the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Including evaluating key performance indicators (KPI), such as sales performance, conversion rate, customer acquisition costs & market share.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with cross functional teams, including marketing, operation & development of effectiveness.
Sales enablement: Providing sales team the the necessary tools, training, resources to effectively sale products & services. Including sales collateral, sales training program & sales playbooks.
Sales Pipeline Management: Managing a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. This involve implementing effective lead generation strategies, tracking leads to the sales funnel and ensuring the timely follow up & nurturing the lead.
Sales Reporting & Communication: Generating regular sales report & dashboard to provide insight into sales performance & progress towards target.
