Akij Venture Group is looking for experienced candidates for the position of Area Manager (Sales) – Modern Trade / Institutional Sales / HoReCa. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities in modern trade chains, corporate/institutional clients, and HoReCa channels.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and business growth in assigned channels and territories
Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets, institutional clients, and HoReCa customers
Ensure proper product distribution, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution
Promote and expand sales of beverage, hygiene, dairy, agro, and electrical & electronics products in assigned markets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand regularly
Identify new business opportunities and expand channel coverage
Lead and supervise sales operations and field activities within the assigned area
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth business operations
Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy business relationships with customers
