Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years (Fresher’s with outstanding animation/visualization portfolios may also apply).
- Expert-level skills in Lumion and/or D5 Render (Animation focused).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and related architectural software.
- Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Barishal (Company Office: 803 Rosarium, 1st Floor, C&B Road)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
Create realistic architectural animations and walkthroughs using Lumion / D5 Render.
Prepare design presentations according to client requirements.
Conduct site visits for measurements and ensure proper project coordination.
Collaborate closely with the design and project teams.
