Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop designs, drawings, and estimations for interior and landscaping projects.
Lead the Design: Drive the project from initial concept and schematics through design development.
Manage Stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact for the client and coordinate efforts with consultants (engineers) and internal teams.
Oversee Construction: Administer the construction contract, conduct site visits, and ensure the built project matches the design intent and quality standards.
Create 2D and 3D designs according to client requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide necessary guidance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within the given timeframe.
Qualifications and Experience:
4 years Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in design and cost estimation for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or 3 years of experience for Diploma Holders.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Willing to work both in-office and on-site.
