Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively participate in research and development activities focused on designing, developing, and continuously improving HVAC machinery.
∎ Conceptualize, create, and rigorously test new product prototypes, collaborating closely with our production team to ensure seamless integration.
∎ Uphold and enhance the quality, functionality, and reliability of our products, ensuring they consistently meet the highest industry standards.
∎ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, while continuously optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Foster effective communication and collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality control, to drive project success.(Management can change the job responsibility if required.)
∎ Must be proficient in AutoCAD/Solid works/SketchUp.
∎ Prior experience in research and development (R&D), production or Servicing related to HVAC machinery Like AC, Chiller, VRF, Dehumidifier will be given strong preference.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for engineering design, analysis, and simulation.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
∎ A strong team-oriented mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

∎ Key Responsibilities

∎ Educational Qualifications
∎ A Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning engineering (RAC) or Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university or polytechnic institute.
∎ If Diploma minimum required CGPA is (3.40 out of 4).
∎ If B.Sc. minimum required CGPA is (3.20 out of 4).
∎ Experience & Other Qualifications
