Responsibilities & Context:
Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion.
Develop technical drawings, BOQs, and material palettes
Manage client presentations, approvals, and regulatory compliance (RAJUK, IAB, BNBC).
Supervise construction and interior fit-out work on-site.
Guide junior architects/designers and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure projects align with budget, timeline, and design standards.
