Additional Requirements:

- Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior design, drawing
- Must have interior related materials idea.
- Visit Construction Sites and Supervise.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Ability to work under pressure, and must have computer knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with
- Detail Working drawing.
- To develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
- To have the passion about green architecture.
- To learn about new marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices Continuously.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and reports.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
