Responsibilities & Context:
To provide quality service and support to existing clients and to develop new business opportunities.
To work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
To Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
To Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
To Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitor activities.
To Continuously learn about new marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices.
Responsible to meet tough situation with clients.
Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
