• Enough Knowledge for FAR rule & related Plan approval rule as per RAJUK Bidhimala 2008 & DAP-2022-2035.Knowledge on Auto Cad, 3D Max, Vary, Sctechup, ArchiCAD, , Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, other relevant Software. Knowledge for interior design of apartment building

• Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.
• Who can handle CLIENTS independently & successfully.
• Can guide, motivate team members for the project with time and budget constraints.
• Who can work as a team leader / member for the project with responsibility as agreed with the client.
• Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.
• Do the project “Work schedules” on His / Her own and doing different variance analysis.
• Capable to prepare innovative & functional architectural plan of Multistoried Apartment Project.
• Capable to prepare RAJUK Plan, working drawing of multistoried apartment Project.
• Capable to prepare modern Perspective view of multi storied apartment building.
