Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context: Dazzling Design is looking for creative and dynamic architects/ interior designers to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space utilization.
- 3D Modeling: Use design software to visualize and present design ideas to clients.
- Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
- Lighting Design: Plan and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance and functionality of spaces.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Scheduling: Create and adhere to project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Technical Skills:
- CAD Software: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
