Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Conducting site visits and discussing requirements with clients
Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and strong knowledge of materials
Creating 2D designs, including layouts and furniture plans
Actively engaging with clients to understand their needs
Thinking creatively and providing innovative 3D design or visualization solutions
Supervising sites to ensure quality and accuracy of work
Responsibilities & Context:
Context: Dazzling Design is looking for creative and dynamic architects/ interior designers to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space utilization.
- 3D Modeling: Use design software to visualize and present design ideas to clients.
- Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
- Lighting Design: Plan and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance and functionality of spaces.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Scheduling: Create and adhere to project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- CAD Software: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
