• 5-7 years of work experience with a reputed real estate company /Architecture consultancy company.

We want some ideal candidates for the post of Architect / Coordinating Architect who are self-motivated to use their skills to create the finest architectural design for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skilled in AutoCAD for Working Drawing)
• Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing
• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculations and placements
• Proper planning for project-specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, and features, functionality, and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work, and dataflow; conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
• Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant firm.
• Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
• Sound Knowledge of Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
• Sound knowledge of English
