Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases for diverse building projects.

• Develop creative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client requirements and project goals.

• Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models before submission.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, local authority regulations, and international design standards.

• Guide structural, MEP, and landscape coordination to resolve design conflicts.

Project Management

• Oversee multiple projects from concept to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Present and defend design proposals to clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Participate in project bidding, feasibility studies, and design presentations.

• Monitor construction progress and provide design clarifications as needed.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor junior architects, interns, and design teams.

• Conduct design reviews, workshops, and quality assurance checks.

• Foster a creative and collaborative studio environment.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and design excellence.

• Understand client needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings.
