• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in working drawing.

• Must be honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Should have basic software skills in Autocad, Archicad, sketchup, Photoshop, Illustration etc.

• Willing to work both at site and office as required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Context:

SANGATH is a reputed construction management company and a sister concern of Framework Architects, founded by BUET graduates Arch. Md. Faysal Kabir Himun and Arch. Anup Kumar Basak.

Currently, SANGATH is involved in a range of residential and commercial interior projects. In this context, the company is looking to recruit a competent and responsible Architect who will actively contribute to interior working drawings, site coordination, and execution support. The selected candidate is expected to work in both office and site environments and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities: (Architect)

• Prepare all kind of working drawing and presentation work for interior project.

• Overlook interior execution work as per drawings and maintain effective coordination with the site engineer.

• Prepare and maintain survey data, drawings, and measurement records.

• Support in layout verification and progress tracking.

Job Responsibilities: (Civil Engineer)

• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality execution of all finishing works, including tiling, marble installation, painting, plastering, and false ceiling work, as per industry standards.

• Material Selection & Inspection: Verify and approve the quality of construction materials (bricks, sand, cement) and finishing items (sanitary fittings, hardware, etc.) upon delivery.

• Drawing Coordination: Interpret and implement architectural and interior design drawings accurately on-site.

• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain a strict finishing schedule to ensure the project meets its deadlines.

• Labor Supervision: Supervise and provide technical guidance to masons, tile fixers, plumbers, and painters to ensure precision in work.

• Waste Management: Monitor and minimize the wastage of expensive finishing materials through efficient planning and inventory control.

• Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements of completed works and verify sub-contractor bills for payment processing.

• Safety & Site Environment: Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
