Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Proficiency in SketchUp or 3ds Max.
- Mandatory experience with D5 Render and Lumion.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards.
- Experience with USA & UK approval/permit drawings will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of US & UK building codes preferred.Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Team-oriented, professional, and deadline-driven mindset.
- 2–3 years of experience (02 vacancies), Freshers are encouraged to apply (04 vacancies)
Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring skilled and motivated Architects to join our growing design team. The role involves working on international architectural projects, particularly for the USA and UK markets.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare complete 2D architectural drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans).
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs based on client requirements.
Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
Convert client concepts into hand sketches and professional drawings.
Research and apply USA & UK building codes in project drawings.
Revise designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and/or assist in preparing MEP drawings.
Prepare approval and permit drawings for US-based projects.
Attend client meetings and coordination calls.
Collaborate with the team and meet project deadlines.
