Responsibilities & Context
Develop architectural concepts with a focus on interiors and furniture integration.
Produce detailed interior design plans, 3D renderings, and working drawings.
Design Custom furniture pieces that align with spatial concepts and client needs.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
Manage design timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.
Present design ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Make Budget and costing for project.
