Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer & Engineering or above in related major. Any related science subjects' graduates are also encouraging to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide application end-user support
∎ Manage application end-user business-unit wise access rights
∎ Provide IT assistance to airline reservation, sales and revenue management application
∎ Ensure IT support to Airline Departure Control System (DCS) related software
∎ Consistently monitor application accessing network and system performance
∎ Troubleshoot system errors and optimize end-users' system accessing experience
∎ Communicate & follow-up the system incidents to helpdesk team through email and skype
∎ Provide Hardware and printer configuration support to the users at airport
∎ Ensure Mobile app & Online Travel agency (OTA) technological support for smooth operation
∎ Provide Training to the existing and new system end-users
∎ Prepare a performance report on weekly basis.
∎ Support to implement JSON & SOAP based API for Travel agencies
∎ Monitor API performance and escalate incidents to Helpdesk and follow-up until resolve
∎ Develop In-house web-based application & manage and upgrade existing web applications
∎ Provide IT assistance to airline reservation and revenue management various applications
∎ Troubleshoot system errors and optimize end-users' system accessing experience
∎ Ensure Mobile app maintenance and upgradation both in iOAS & android for smooth operations
∎ Frequently deploy various applications for Cloud and on-premises hosted platform
∎ Provide IT application assistance to airline cargo sales & operations and revenue accounts team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required API-Systems: Software coding & implementation experience for large and medium organizations, preferred
∎ scripting language & database are PHP, Java script, NodeJS, ReactJS, ASP-dotnet (C#), MSSQL, Good domain knowledge, domain purchase & hosting experience, basic computer hardware & networking troubleshooting

∎ Skills Required for PSS-Systems: Software coding & implementation experience for large and medium organizations, Goode Computer knowledge & typing skill in English, computer hardware & networking.
