Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, EEE, Electronics Communication Engineering , or related field
∎ Skills Required: Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL server, MS SQL Server , MySQL database, Reporting, Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works as a team member responsible for providing client support, training clients, testing software modifications, implementing various solutions within the company.
∎ Participate in code reviews and automated build script testing and hands-on experiences in SQL database.
∎ Provides the 1st level of Technical Support to the branches of the company; assesses and identifies solutions to software.
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ To maintain, review and improve the internal standards and software used within the company.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and performs monitoring data connectivity from the corporate office to branches of the Company.
∎ Monitoring and updating software.
∎ Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured; Ensure all issues are properly logged.
∎ Inform client functionality requests or software change requests to the development team.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
∎ Documentation of processes and operational procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of databases specially SQL Server, Microsoft server and Various reporting (Crystal).
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written and open to learning new technologies.
∎ Client support, Recordkeeping, monitoring of internal all software.
∎ Able to prepare any software development related documents and perform technical reviews.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure as an individual or in a team.
∎ Hands-on experiences in database.
∎ Professional training on database, reporting and customer support (preferable).
