Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of functional/technical configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
∎ Provide subject matter expertise on system impacts when discussing and developing new business processes with customers, users, and managers.
∎ Document all application and modular configurations in system documentation, user, and administrator guides.
∎ Define and develop test scenarios and scripts to support all testing events, including releases, patches, enhancements, upgrades, and implementation.
∎ Work closely with an implementation partner to facilitate the regular data integration/feeding against the business processes considering the DWH/Core platform towards SaaS/PaaS through OIC (Oracle integration cloud) and AHCS (Accounting hub cloud service).
∎ Functional configuration change along with MDM and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
∎ Continuously monitor Oracle releases and release notes to determine potential impacts to the implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules.
∎ Engage Oracle Fusion Cloud helpdesk to log enhancement requests when business requirements are not met with current application module functionality (Service Request Raise).
∎ Perform service-specific maintenance and administration tasks.
∎ View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
∎ Monitor and communicates system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Awareness of key software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.) - preferred but not mandatory
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Visio, Wireframing, Requirement Management Tools
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
∎ Attention to details and problem-solving skills
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
∎ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
∎ Results-oriented - strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
∎ Self-starter: takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires
