Education Must be BSc In Textile Engineering. Knowledge of Washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling and development of new washes.Must have practical knowledge about Sweater Wash.Sweater wash experienced people always priority.Knowledge of proper use of chemicals in washing plant.

• Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the Sweater wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.

• Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.

• Coordinate with washing units, giving washing specifications/ quality check.

• Responsible for ensure the quality of wash products/Garments.

• To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition as standard.

• Co-ordination with Production head & merchandiser to make recipes records.

• Responsible to bulk washes, Garments Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.(Specially Sweater wash)

·         Ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate cross-functionally.

·         Aptitude for gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.

·         Understanding of what makes a good product that solves customer needs.

·         Comfort working with engineering teams and basic technical knowledge.
