Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership responsibilities:
∎ People management & leadership-related responsibilities.
∎ Motivate team and get on-time delivery with expected quality.

∎ Deliver and maintain instantwebb quality and ensure brand image. Functional responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the development of Java-Kotlin based android native applications used by millions of users
∎ Participate in the functional design and architecture of mobile android applications
∎ Implement UI and functionality requirements based on product specifications.
∎ Integrate with internal/external APIs to deliver app functionality
∎ Apply appropriate design patterns as and when needed
∎ Review code written by peers and suggest required improvements
∎ Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable clean code principles and comply with coding standards.
∎ Build fault-tolerant applications resilient to network and system failures
∎ Maintain security best practices, including PCI, OWASP, and CWE/SANS guidelines
∎ Collaborate with other team members and follow agile development practices
∎ Formulate tasks, actions, and efforts needed to support product releases.
∎ Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technology space.
∎ Work closely with the SQA team and resolve discovered issues.
∎ Firebase, MLKit, Android SDK, XML Layouts, Material Design, Room, SQLite, Retrofit, Unit Tests, Git, etc.
∎ Understanding of material design principles and android interface guidelines
∎ Good idea about UI/UX and ability to work with output from design tools, i.e., Figma
∎ Experience working with REST API backend integrations in the app
∎ Experience working with Firebase and third-party integrations
∎ Good understanding of the Android operating system and development tools
∎ Good understanding of standard algorithms & data structure
∎ Experience in writing units, integration tests, and active participation and achievements in programming contests are a plus.

∎ Must be enthusiastic about learning new technology and domain. A proactive and positive mindset is a must.
∎ High-level managerial skills: capabilities in people management and team leading will get extra preference

∎ Must have at least 4 years of android app development experience.
